Our mission of the Parakeet Breeders of Excellence is to
help educate people on all aspects of raising the rosy bourke
parakeet and to promote responsible rosy husbandry to ensure
the long term genetic health of the species. Pet bird owners,
breeders, novice breeders, and interested persons all are welcome.
